Founded in 1987, DYNACO grew to become a market leader in manufacturing flexible high speed roll up doors. With a Worldwide presence (Europe, USA and Japan), DYNACO has tripled the number of delivered doors in less than 5 years and delivered  over 10,000 High Performance Doors (HPD) in 2005. A success that was largely due to revolutionary technological innovations, protected by numerous (20) worldwide patents and offering real advantages for the customer: self-repairability, intrinsic safety, exceptional seal, speed and limited maintenance costs.

This « success story » is written by Benoit Coenraets, founder and actual President of the  DYNACO Group, who believed in the necessity of industrial high speed doors (energy saving, sealing, comfort at the workplace, legislation,...) and understood the importance of reducing maintenance costs and assuring total user safety. He conceived a self-reinserting flexible high-speed roll-up door in 1986 and developed an innovating solution with large potential in 1994: the « Push-Pull » driving system.

Since 1995, the European activities of DYNACO are concentrated in a 100,000 ft² plant North-West of Brussels. Products are sold and maintained by a network of nearly 80 distributors covering over 50 countries. DYNACO USA has been active since 1999 and manufactures all high speed doors for the North American market in its 20,000 ft² production plant in Northbrook, IL. So far, thousands of DYNACO high speed roll-up doors are installed in North America through a network of 125 factory trained dealers.

In 1999, DYNACO entered a license-partnership with BUNKA Shutter Japan. This allowed the DYNACO doors to take over 30% of Japanese market share in 6 years.

DYNACO has installed over 60,000 roll up doors in a variety of applications such as: Stainless Steel (food), Clean room (class 10,000 – 100,000), Freezer, Power (exterior) and All Weather (heavy wind), in order to answer the specific industry needs as food, automotive, logistics and cold storage, electronics, automobile, pharmaceuticals and so many others.

Today, the DYNACO Group, managed by Olivier COUNE, has the ambition to remain “The technological leader” and to continue its growth through the expansion of its product range and the reinforcement of its distribution network.
